Welcome to My Mother's Trust
When our mothers brought us into this world, they did so in love, hope, and trust. Before we belonged to any institution, held any title, or signed any paper, life itself had already been entrusted to us.
My Mother's Trust exists to honor that first and sacred trust.
True stewardship need not be complicated. It begins with remembering what is sacred, tending faithfully to what has been placed in our care, and walking with honesty before our Creator.
Membership opens the door to our private fellowship and the tools kept within it. The first of these is the Scriptorium — a quiet place to put into words who you are, what you hold dear, and what has been entrusted to your care.
Inside the Scriptorium
Most people come here already knowing what they want to put in order. Here's what you can make:
- Trust Formation — Complete private trusts, formed by declaration.
- Records & Declarations — Single instruments: proclamations, affidavits, notices, declarations.
What to expect
- Everything fits together. You answer the questions once, and every document in your record is drawn from those same answers. So they all agree with each other.
- You're guided the whole way. Each question explains what it's asking and why. Most of the work is simply telling it about your own affairs.
- Make as many as you need. Membership opens the whole Scriptorium, not just one record.
- Nothing gets filed anywhere. We don't file, register, or share your records with any office.
- Your record is yours, not ours. We delete it on a schedule you can extend. Once it's gone, we can't get it back.
- Joining costs nothing. You're welcome to contribute, but you don't have to, and it makes no difference to your standing.
What we don't do
Nobody outside the association sees what you do here. There are no analytics, no ads, and no scripts from other companies on this site. Even our fonts load from here, so no one else learns you visited. The only outside service that ever handles your details is the one that sends our email, and it only sends mail you asked for. We never sell or share what you tell us, and we won't put you on any list.

Every finished record gets a mark, and the document itself is fingerprinted. Those two values are kept for good and describe the document rather than you, so a copy printed years from now can still be checked.
